Meth possession draws Bemidji man 90 months in prison
A Bemidji man who was found in possession of more than 75 grams of methamphetamine was sentenced Monday in Beltrami County Court.
Kyle Eugene Olson, 53, who was caught in February by special agents, had pleaded guilty Feb. 7 to felony first-degree sale of a controlled substance.
District Judge John G. Melbye ordered Olson to serve 80 months in a state correctional facility, with 14 days credited for time served, and pay a $50 fine.
