PELICAN RAPIDS, Minn. - A hiker stumbled across nearly 200 marijuana plants in an apparent growing operation in Maplewood State Park over the weekend.

A citizen reported the plants about 3:30 Sunday afternoon, according to a release from the Otter Tail County Sheriff's Department.

The citizen was walking through the park and came across two separate clearings, both with marijuana plants in them.
