Man killed by train appeared to jump at downtown Fargo intersection
A man who was killed Saturday morning when he was hit by a train near the intersection of Main Avenue and Broadway appeared to have jumped in front of the train, according to a witness.
The 31-year-old male, whose identity is being withheld pending notification of relatives, was northbound on Broadway, said Fargo Police Sgt. Ross Renner. The man was killed instantly about 9:15 a.m. by the westbound train.
