According to court records, he was arrested about noon on July 29 at the 10,000 Lakes Festival after he missed a 10 a.m. deadline to leave the festival.

Security and law enforcement officers had dealt with him several times prior to him being told he had to leave by 10 a.m., and he fought with security personnel who went to his campsite to kick him out after he missed the deadline.

Felton was arrested for disorderly conduct by a sheriff's investigator who was on duty that day, and when he was booked into the Becker County Jail, his backpack was searched and three ecstasy pills were found, along with a number of prescription pills.

On Wednesday, District Judge Peter Irvine sentenced him to a year and a day in prison, execution of sentence stayed 10 years. He was placed on supervised probation for 10 years and ordered to serve 180 days in jail, where he already is.

STS privileges were granted and he was given credit for time served. He was fined $300 plus court fees.
