Xcel Energy verifies cost savings
I see that David Anderson of Lonsdale still thinks that opponents' pre-election rhetoric from Colorado's 2004 ballot initiative on renewable energy represented the facts on the issue of costs.
As I said in my previous letter, since that election in 2004, Xcel Energy itself has verified the cost savings of wind energy.

I want to have a good discussion on the costs of various energy resources, but let's use facts, and not rhetoric that was proven to be inaccurate.
