Letter: Cemetery flowers discovered missing
On Saturday evening, I stopped by to water flowers that I had placed at the cemetery, in respect of my Mother, only to find them missing. I have read past letters concerning flowers taken from cemeteries. I knew the risks.
The containers I had placed were cream in color and approximately 18 inches in length and 8 inches wide. They each contained a spike in the middle, a geranium and both contained a few other plants. I wrote my Mother's name on the back of these planters. Also, taken was a round, tan 10" planter with pansies in it.
The next morning when I thought about this and my family was OK, I remembered what is truly important.
