At least 5 people injured in two-vehicle crash near Perham

PERHAM, Minn. – At least five people were injured in an accident near here Thursday night.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol:

A car was westbound on Highway 108 when it slowed down to make a left-hand turn into a home near Harvest Road.

As the car turned, a second vehicle tried to pass it on the left and the two vehicles collided.

All three people in the first vehicle, and the driver and a passenger of the second vehicle were taken by ambulance to a hospital to be treated for injuries.

The identities and conditions of those involved have not been released.

The accident remains under investigation by the State Patrol.
