Laporte community gardening prompts community gathering

Biancha Langaas and Chase Holland, both juniors at Laporte High School, sell homemade salsa from their Rock Sober community garden. Much of the produce went to the Hubbard County Food Shelf. The 24 tomato plants "were coming out of all sides of the garden," Holland said. Tomatoes were also sold and given away. (Sarah Smith / Enterprise)1 / 2
