Keith Alan Hendricks, 48, formerly of Champlin and Akeley passed Sunday, May 19, 2013 in Glendale, Ariz.

Keith was born July 17, 1964 in Park Rapids. He was a 1982 graduate of Akeley High School. He entered the U.S. Air Force in January 1983, attained the rank of E5 Staff Sergeant, and was honorably discharged in December 1992.

He worked for the De-partment of Veteran Affairs as a Senior Loan Officer.

Keith was a life-long loyal Vikings and Twins fan, and an avid golfer.

He will be lovingly re-membered by his family, whom he cherished, and greatly missed by many friends and co-workers.

He is survived by his mother Jeannie Hendricks, Maple Grove; father, Gary (Carole) Hendricks, Naples, Fla.; daughter, Michelle (Aidan) Donovan; grandson, Liam Ronan of Minneapolis; son, Benjamin of Mound; sister, Melissa (Jason) Henson; nieces, Chelsey and Madison of Buffalo; mother of his children, Nam Sun Harn of Rogers; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He is proceeded in death by his grandparents, Roy and Ruth Hendricks, David and Lucille Westby and Rosa Merideth; two uncles, Glenn Merideth and James Dunn.

Memorial service: 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 19, at Historic Fort Snelling Memorial Chapel at 1 Fed-eral Drive, Minneapolis.

Inurnment: 2 p.m. with military honors will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, 7601 34th Ave S., Minneapolis.
