United North Central's Brandon Junes and Keiler Skaro capped off their seasons by earning Section 8AA football honors.
Junes, a senior quarterback, completed 71 of 166 passes for 1,184 yards and six touchdowns and rushed for four touchdowns for 24 points.
Skaro, a junior receiver, caught 25 passes for 497 yards and three TDs for 18 points and had 24 solo tackles on defense.
Junior Bob Lusti earned Prairie North Conference honors while Junes, Skaro, seniors Tanner Schwartz, Jeff Skoog, Aaron Paulson and Stetson Burkman; junior Dylan Huttunen; and freshman Jordan Yliniemi received all-conference honorable mention honors.
Lusti and Paulson led the offensive line with Lusti leading the Warriors with 60 solo tackles.
Yliniemi led the Warriors with 117 carries for 545 yards and five TDs and had seven receptions for 74 yards for a team-leading 34 points. Yliniemi also had 33 solo tackles at linebacker.
Skoog was second on the team with 54 carries for 214 yards and a TD and caught three passes for 56 yards for 10 points. Defensively, Skoog had 33 solo tackles at linebacker.
Schwartz was second on the team in receptions with 22 for 477 yards and three TDs for 18 points.
Huttunen finished with 21 carries for 57 yards and two TDs for 12 points and had 43 solo tackles at linebacker.
Burkman caught 10 passes for 87 yards and had 12 solo tackles and a 63-yard interception return for a TD.
Receiving the top team awards for the Warriors, who went 1-4 in Prairie North Conference games and 1-8 overall, were Junes (Most Valuable Player), Skaro and Schwartz (Offensive MVPs), Skoog (Defensive MVP), Yliniemi and junior Otto Asp (Newcomers of the Year), and senior Mike Johnson (Warrior Award).
