It was a spooktacular Halloween event

On Saturday, Oct. 30, the Century PTA hosted our annual Halloween Fest at Century School. Over 585 children in costume attended with their families. It was a terrific afternoon with games, prizes, treats, and fun!

A sincere "thank you" is extended to the wonderful volunteers that made this family event possible; by either working at an activity or providing a sweet treat for the cake walk. Our amazing volunteers were made up of National Honor Society students, Middle School students, grandparents, PTA members, parents, and Century School staff members.

The success of a large event like this has a direct correlation to the volunteers at the event. We were definitely blessed with great individuals who worked together as a team that afternoon.

A special thank you to St. Joseph's Area Health Servicesl, J&B Foods, Walmart, the Enterprise for your continued support of PTA events, and the custodians at Century School for your extra help getting ready and helping clean up after the event.

The PTA raised over $550.00 at the concession stand, which will be used to purchase pencil sharpeners for Century School. Thank you to all the families that attended the Halloween Fest, we hope to celebrate together again next fall.
