Hubbard County 4-H prepares for the fair

Some Hubbard County 4-Hers prepared projects for Pre-Fair Judging Day, held on Wednesday, July 10. The fair begins July 17. Clothing and textile projects were judged, along with food review and demonstrations.

County 4-H Coordinator Mari Jo Lohmeier said there is an upswing in the number of 4-H projects registered for the county fair this year. The Fair Board is excited and ready to welcome the increased numbers of livestock registered for next week’s fair, she said.
