The 29th annual Juried High School Fine Art Exhibit opens Thursday at the North Country Museum of Arts with two Park Rapids artists claiming congressional awards this year.

Greta Ertl's acrylic, "The Path Within," will be exhibited in Washington, D.C., having been selected by a representative from 8th District Congressman Jim Oberstar's office.
