Health, Wellness Expo Saturday
More than 40 exhibitors and a variety of educational sessions are in store at the Health and Wellness Expo to be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 26 at Century School.
Admission is free.
Educational sessions include "Protective Parenting in Technological Times" and "Emotional Intelligence - Connecting with Children" at 10:30 a.m.
The effects of dietary changes and healthy-eating building blocks will be addressed at 11 a.m.
Benefits of hypnotherapy and traditional diets will be the topics at 11:30 a.m.
The afternoon holds sessions on the pluses of exercise and eating pasture-raised meats at noon, water systems and guidelines for healthy living at 12:30 p.m., vitamin supplements and healthy, locally-grown products at 1 p.m. A second session on exercise will be offered at 1:30 p.m. and Susan Monsrud will share insights on multiple sclerosis.
The event also holds activities and information for all ages, including children's activities, pet wellness, body fat analysis, chemical and mental health, weight and nutrition info and eye, dental and natural health.
Master Gardeners will be on hand to share expertise. Yoga and Zumba will be demonstrated and products will be available for purchase.

Concessions will be provided by Boys Tennis.
