Guthrie man enters guilty plea in pot-growing operation; sentencing is set for Jan. 31
Sentencing is set for Jan. 31 in the case of a Guthrie man who pled guilty last week to a single count of growing marijuana.
Drug agents raided two properties belonging to Perry Raymond Eddy, 51, on Sept. 14 and found more than 200 growing marijuana plants at both locations, along with baggies of processed marijuana, according to the criminal complaint.
Eddy entered the plea Jan. 5 to the Fifth Degree Possession charge. He was accused of having more than 42.5 grams of pot when his residence was raided.
Eddy remains free on $5,000 bond.
