Guthrie man charged in marijuana growing operation
The omnibus hearing for a Guthrie man charged in a marijuana growing operation is set for Nov. 1 in Hubbard County District Court.
Drug agents raided two properties belonging to Perry Raymond Eddy, 51, on Sept. 14 and found more than 200 growing marijuana plants at both locations, along with baggies of processed marijuana, according to the criminal complaint.
Eddy appeared with his attorney, Robert Wallner of Bemidji, Monday in court. He is charged with Fifth Degree Possession of more than 42.5 grams of pot.
Eddy remains free on $5,000 bond.
