In what is becoming an annual Arbor Day tradition, Park Rapids Girl Scout Troop 330 teamed up with City Forester Stephanie Paulson to plant elms and a variety of pines along Hollinger Street. This is the third year that Paulson has taught the Brownie Scouts proper tree planting techniques.
