A 14-3 run early in the first half expanded a 6-4 lead to 20-7 and an 11-2 spurt to open the second half turned a 29-18 advantage to a 40-20 edge in leading Frazee to the win.

Two jumpers by Hannah Wolff kept the Panthers within 6-4 at the 13:06 mark of the first half before Abby Berven's 3-pointer capped a 14-3 run. Five different players scored for Frazee during that stretch. Alyssa Klingenberg's 3-pointer provided the only scoring for the Panthers, who trailed 20-7 at the 9:58 mark.

Two free throws by Mindy Lawrence and a pair of inside baskets by Wolff kept Park Rapids within 24-14 with 2:36 to play before another 3-pointer by Berven gave the Hornets a 29-18 lead at the half. Brittany Sayler made two free throws and Wolff had a jumper for the Panthers.

A jumper by Wolff kept Park Rapids within 31-20 with 14:21 to play before a layup and 3-pointer by Berven sparked a 9-0 run. That gave Frazee a 40-20 advantage with 8:26 remaining.

The Panthers made a late charge as two free throws by Ashley Domino, a jumper by Lawrence, a basket off a rebound by Domino and an inside basket by Wolff cut the deficit to 42-28 with 6:09 left.

Back-to-back layups by Jaclyn Mickelson pushed the lead to 46-28 with 5:23 remaining.

Two baskets by Wolff and a layup off a steal by Alyssa Carlson in the final 3:19 concluded the scoring for the Panthers, who fell to 2-17 on the season.

Wolff led Park Rapids with 18 points while Berven (17) and Mickelson (12) combined for 29 points to lead Frazee, which improved to 14-11.
