Former Appleton man sentenced to 52 months for wife's 2004 death
BENSON, Minn. -- A 35-year-old man was sentenced Monday to 52 months in prison for second-degree manslaughter in the shooting death of his wife.
It was the maximum possible sentence.
Andrew Gordon Lemcke shot Nichole Riley-Lemcke, 26, in their Appleton home on Sept. 12, 2004.
