'Fiber arts' presentations will be featured during Art Leap weekend
The Twisted Stitchers welcome everyone who's interested in "fiber arts," especially art that's losing popularity such as bobbin lace - shown here - tatting, hardanger, rug hooking and spinning. They will display their work from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 26-27 at the North Country Museum of Arts. The Twisted Stitchers have been working for more than a year on a display and demonstration of the fiber arts to coincide with Art Leap.
