Update: Missing 5-year-old from fatal Bemidji fire found alive

FEMA, Homeland Security in Wadena today

Officials from the Federal Emergency Management Agency and Homeland Security are visiting Wadena today, talking to residents about their losses.

"This is the residents' opportunity to share with them if they're underinsured," said Judy Jacobs, public information officer for the city of Wadena.

Jacobs explained that residents shouldn't be ashamed or hide their need from the officials, who are trying to get an accurate measure of the uninsured damage in the community.

"The funding we get from FEMA is based on what they hear today," she said.
