Felony theft charge filed after audit claims Derby Girls treasurer stole $13,000
FARGO - The former treasurer for the local roller derby league is facing a felony theft charge after an audit allegedly found she stole about $13,000 from the Fargo-Moorhead Derby Girls.
Louise Jauss of Fargo was charged last week in Cass County District Court with one count of theft of property. The charge is a Class C felony that can carry a punishment of up to five years in prison upon conviction.
