Fargo woman pleads not guilty in death of boyfriend

FARGO – A Fargo woman accused of killing her boyfriend with her car pleaded not guilty Wednesday in Cass County Court.

Twenty-one-year-old Olivia Anderson is charged with manslaughter and making false reports to police after the death of her boyfriend, Dvraughn Rutues. The couple had been fighting in March when Rutues jumped on the hood of Anderson’s car.

According to police, Anderson hit the brake and Rutues fell off and hit his head. He died three days later at the hospital.
