Fargo man injured in hunting accident
A 59-year-old Fargo man remained hospitalized Sunday night after a man he was hunting with accidentally shot him in the leg Saturday morning.
Harold Reier was hunting with Fargo resident David Lee Johnson, 57, near Wyndmere, N.D., an hour southwest of Fargo. The men were shooting at targets with a .22-caliber pistol when the pistol jammed, firing a round that struck Reier in the right leg.
Reier remained in satisfactory condition Sunday night at MeritCare Hospital in Fargo.
