Energy and Wellness Expo

By Anna Erickson / An Energy and Wellness Expo was held Saturday at Park Rapids Century School. Topics included aromatherapy, energy programs, fitness, nutrition, outdoor active living, parenting, pet health and a wellness analysis. Above, Susan Woodbridge, with BioBalance Therapeutic Massage & Traveling Spa, demonstrates a massage. At left, “The Wreck,” an initiative to create a rec center for youth in Park Rapids, had a booth on display. Several educational speakers were part of the event, along with a renewable energy tour. The expo was presented by Park Rapids Community Education.
