Drug task force raids UND fraternity
When Grand Forks police served a warrant at Phi Delta Theta fraternity at UND Tuesday, officers reported finding numerous pieces of drug paraphernalia in plain view, including a digital scale, plastic baggies and a marijuana grinder.
Officers also arrested Spencer Martin Miller, 19.
Miller admitted to selling marijuana and told officers where they could find drugs in his room.
Authorities charged Miller with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, a Class B felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor.
The officers were part of the Grand Forks Narcotics Task Force. They had a warrant to search Miller's room and common areas of the residence at 601 Princeton St. The warrant was served at 1:47 p.m.
