DL man charged with fleeing police officer, DWI
Adam Lee Price, 24, of 405 Andrews Ave., Detroit Lakes, has been charged in Becker County District court with felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle and two gross misdemeanor DWI charges.
According to court records:
On May 16 a Detroit Lakes police officer on patrol allegedly clocked him driving 45 mph in a 35 mph zone.
Price allegedly refused to stop when the officer attempted to pull over his vehicle, instead continuing on for several blocks through a stop sign and several yield signs on Main Street in Detroit Lakes. His blood alcohol level allegedly tested at .20 percent.
He appeared Monday before District Judge Joe Evans, who set bail or bond at $3,000 with conditions or $12,000 without conditions. His next court appearance is set for June 22.
