Deer strike leads to broadside collision on I-94; two Fargo residents to hospital, two Ottertail residents O

 Two Fargo residents suffered serious injuries after their vehicle hit a deer, spun out, and was hit broadside by another vehicle on I-94 in Douglas County Saturday evening.

Two people from Ottertail village were involved, but were not injured, in the crash, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.

Clyde D. Staus, 61, and Julie K. Staus, 59, of Ottertail were westbound on I-94 in a 2006 Cadillac Escalade.
