Dayton signs bill speeding permits

Gov. Mark Dayton signed the bill Thursday, following up on an earlier executive order he wrote to do many of the same things.
"The Office of Legislative Auditor released a report this week that clearly supported the need for this important legislation," said Rep. Dan Fabian, R-Roseau.
