D-G-F's defense stymies Warriors
Jeremy Nordick's main concern entering last Saturday afternoon's Section 8AA football playoff game was containing Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton's quick-striking offense.
The United North Central head coach's concerns were warranted as D-G-F controlled both sides of the ball en route to a 42-0 semifinal victory.
D-G-F's offense compiled a season-high 402 rushing yards while the defense held the Warriors to only 70 total yards in advancing to the section title game.
