BURNING PERMITS - Effective April 29, 2013: You may issue burning permits for 3 days between the hours of 6 PM to 8 AM. Remind the permittee to activate their burn permit each day. If high winds or red flag conditions are forecast, activations may not be allowed.

Restrictions will remain in place until we are at full green-up. All permits need to expire on or before 8:00 AM on May 13, 2013. Be sure to put out your “No Burning Permits...” signs on May 13th. Please contact your closest Forestry office if you need a new sign and we will bring you one. Note: Campfires do not require a permit, but must be in a fire ring, attended, no larger than 3x3 feet, and be totally extinguished before leaving.
