Second Street Stage will run from 6 to 8 p.m. most nights with bands, a beer garden, snacks and family activities on 2nd Street between Main Avenue and Highway 71.

The line-up begins with the following bands:

June 20 - 4onthefloor

The 4onthefloor deliver stompin’ blues at an alarming intensity. This rock and roll band was born with the idea that it’s time to have some fun and make amazing music as well. Audiences immediately took to the infectious driving feel of not one, but four bass drums pulsing to the beat of the songs. The music is inspired by the gutsy stomp of the Delta Blues and the hoe-downs from America’s past and present. While 4onthefloor musicians pride themselves on their original songs, they also love putting their signature stomp on covers from the likes of Wilco to Tom Jones. This makes 4onthefloor one of the most entertaining bands on the Midwest music scene today, and the world tomorrow.

June 27 - Nathan Miller & the Unstoppable Co.

Nathan Miller is a lap slide guitar player many miles and many years removed from the old traditions of what slide guitar music is and he is making an effort to question what the slide guitar can be. Miller evokes the traditional sounds of the past with effortless technical prowess and propels the slide guitar into the future. While typical lap slide guitar playing is reserved for the background, an accompanying instrument to a song’s melody, Miller smashes the mold and brings lap slide guitar to the forefront. Weaving brutally heavy chords around infectious single string melodies, the band’s blues music can be enjoyed by all ages.

July 4 - i like you (5-7 p.m.)

Felicitous, joyous, deliriously beautiful! Whether gathered around a campfire, on a large outdoor stage, a dimly lit dining room or the dramatic confines of a theatre, i like you makes every situation better with their universal messages of hope, love and redemption. These talented musicians weave a tapestry of rich, beautiful harmonies with an eclectic blend of ukulele, trumpet, violin, acoustic guitar, upright bass and percussion. Delivering a timeless, energetic sound that evokes elements of funk, folk and swing with pop, reggae and gypsy-jazz, the ever-colorful Wendy Soleil leads this group of talented musicians with her gorgeously full vocals, soulful songwriting and ecstatic devotion to her primary instrument, the ukulele. One last thing, they really do like you.

July 11 - The Color Pharmacy

After relentless touring in support of their last full-length record, The Color Pharmacy is back with an explosive new album. Building on the sound and success of Texatonka (released February 2011 and added at #2 on the CMJ Radio 200 charts), the Minneapolis-based trio tracked The Color Pharmacy over only four days at The Pearl Studios with producer Mark Schwandt. Recorded to analog tape, the new album boasts tightly-crafted songs, catchy hooks and soaring vocal harmonies to create a sonic atmosphere entirely unique to this genre-bending band. In addition to releasing and touring in support of their new album, 2013 will also mark the band’s fifth year performing at the acclaimed South By Southwest Festival in Austin, Texas. Hard-working, easy-going, honest and artistically ground-breaking, The Color Pharmacy is sure to be embraced by an ever-expanding audience of indie rock lovers everywhere.

The fun starts at 9 a.m. with food served starting at 11 a.m. Spend the day until 4 p.m. tasting, sampling, enjoying music and shopping on 2nd Street.
