The 2013 Art Leap featured open studios, great food and camaraderie with the artistically gifted. Hundreds of people filed through the studios, even in the rain Saturday, and were warmly greeted despite muddy shoes. The annual event is put on by the Park Rapids Lakes Area Arts Council.
