The following cases were heard Aug. 29 by Beltrami District Judge Paul T. Benshoof:

Kelly William Burgoon, 48, of Becida was sentenced for second-degree DWI to one year in the Beltrami County Jail of which 335 days are stayed for four years. Burgoon must serve 30 days and may do so on sentence to serve. He has been credited with three days time served. Burgoon has been placed on three years unsupervised probation and must pay a $500 fine.

Leann Lavonne Charwood, 31, of Bemidji was sentenced for third-degree DWI to one year in the Beltrami County Jail of which 335 days are stayed for three years. Charwood must serve 30 days and has been credited with 10 days time served. Charwood has been placed on three years unsupervised probation and must pay a $400 fine, which may be done through community service.

Alan Richard Cronemiller, 56, of Blackduck was sentenced for third-degree DWI to 365 days in the Beltrami County Jail of which 355 days are stayed for three years. Cronemiller must serve 10 days and may do so on work release or sentence to serve. Cronemiller has been placed on three years unsupervised probation and must pay a $750 fine.

Joshua Allen Freyholtz, 30, of Minneapolis was sentenced for second-degree DWI to one year in the Beltrami County Jail of which 335 days are stayed for three years. Freyholtz must serve 30 days and has been credited with two days time served. Freyholtz has been placed on three years unsupervised probation and must pay a $750 fine.

Blaise Onchagwa Nyaronge, 24, of Northfield was sentenced for second-degree DWI to one year in the Beltrami County Jail of which 335 days are stayed for three years. Nyaronge must serve 30 days and has been authorized for work release. He has been placed on three years unsupervised probation and must pay a $500 fine.

Sharlene Lyn Seelye, 52, of Cass Lake was sentenced for giving a peace officer a false name to one year in the Beltrami County Jail of which 356 days have been stayed for two years. Seelye must serve six days and has been credited with nine days time served. Seelye has been placed on two years unsupervised probation and must pay a $300 fine, which may be done through community service.

The following cases were heard Sept. 3 by Beltrami District Judge John G. Melbye:

Brandon Wayne White, 26, of Cass Lake was sentenced for child endangerment to one year in the Beltrami County Jail of which 324 days are stayed for two years. White must serve 41 days. He has been placed on two years unsupervised probation and must pay a $250 fine.

Steven Duane Wosmek, 32, of Shevlin was sentenced for third-degree DWI to one year in the Beltrami County Jail of which 350 days are stayed for three years. Wosmek must serve 15 days and may do so on work release. He has been credited with two days time served. Wosmek has been placed on three years unsupervised probation and must pay a $750 fine.
