Jeanie Coborn of Citizens National Bank of Park Rapids was named a Minnesota Housing Top Producing Loan Officer at the Silver Level for her loan production during the first half of 2017.

Minnesota Housing is a state agency that works with local loan officers like Coborn to provide affordable homebuyer loans. First-time and repeat homebuyers can access programs with fixed interest rates, 3 percent down options and downpayment loans up to $12,000. More information and eligibility requirements are available at www.mnhousing.gov. In addition to homebuyer loans, Minnesota Housing also offers home improvement loans and finances single family and multifamily housing across the state.

The Minnesota Housing Top Producing Loan Officer Program awards outstanding loan officers biannually at three levels: Platinum, Gold and Silver. Loan officers meeting the threshold for each level based on regional production are recognized as top producers, and demonstrate a deep understanding of Minnesota Housing's homebuyer loan programs.

"We strive to make owning a home possible for more Minnesotans through our affordable loan programs," said Minnesota Housing Commissioner Mary Tingerthal. "We're grateful to our Top Producing Loan Officers for all their work guiding families into successful homeownership."

Minnesota Housing collaborates with individuals, communities, and partners to create, preserve, and finance affordable housing. Find out more at www.mnhousing.gov, www.facebook.com/minnesotahousing or on Twitter @mnhousing.
