A 8-pound, 6.1-ounce baby girl was welcomed into the world by her parents, Kasondra Boyd and Travis Silbernagel, in time to be named New Year’s baby. Mahube-Otwa Head Start will distribute the mittens to children who need them or use them when children forget theirs at home.
